A great going alley for a small town. The staff is friendly the lanes are well maintained and the grill is delicious.
I have never had a problem here before except for the last visit. Employee behind the desk was always on his phone and ask a question would have to finish his txt first. Other then that ONE bad experience its always been great, clean friendly place that I want to take my kids to plus the food is awesome!
Glowbowl is a good time and they have great concessions. Love their hamburgers.
Great fun place to take your children and your wife
I feel that most, not all, of the staff were very compassionate and showed a willingness to assist in any needs of each patient. However, the entire facility needs remodeling, and all the toilets need to be able to properly flush. My roommates and I dealt with a backed-up toilet for 4 days before somebody finally did something about it.
So, overall, I rate my experience as very poor.
I also would recommend that the pharmacy in the facility carry other drugs for those who suffer from erosive esophagitis, and/or GERD. I suffered daily because they would give me nothing more than 75 mg Ranitidine twice each day and time three times per day.
I feel that the entire facility is very unsanitary, thus proving that it is not looked after well enough by the director of the facility. Staff, overall, seemed lazy about their clean-up jobs. The showers needed to be thoroughly disinfected daily to help prevent staphloccous from building up, and other viruses and infections.
