The staff is always prompt and very kind. They give you the feel they are cheering you on; I usually feel like a champion no matter what I've ordered.

I've visited here a few times. Unfortunately, it is a little awkward and intimidating the way it's set up. But once you've been there you can understand that even though it looks like a house it really is a coffee shop!
I love Jim and Em's! They're quick, provide good food and service. I like the punch cards too.
I'm sure there is a restroom but I didn't see it. Finding where to order inside was a bit intimidating. A few more signs would be very helpful!
Prices seem reasonable for a coffee shop. The breakfast food looks great! I wish there were more vegetarian options. The brewed coffee is surprisingly really nice and fun because you can pick a unique mug. The espresso seems good however I'm not an expert.
My friends and I come here almost everyday. It’s a wonderful place to sit and enjoy the day and the great food and coffee. Amazing environment.
The coffee was a little strong but we liked it it was very good. We like that they don't use powder in the frozen drinks. And we thought the house was super cute!
