THESE PEOPLE OBVIOUSLY HAVE BEEN SERENDIPITOUSLY, STEALING FROM IT'S CUSTOMER'S. BECAUSE WITH A STRIGHT FACE HE DEINED STEALING THE SUM OF CASH, AND EVEN WENT SO FAR AS TO SAY YOU SHOULD CONTACT THE AUTHORITIES.
AS IF HE HAD DONE THIS BEFORE, AND THAT WITHOUT ANY HESITATION HE WOULD BE ABLE TO FALSELY DUPE LAW ENFORCEMENT INTO BELIEVING THAT NOTHING WAS STOLEN... UNFORTUNATELY, SHE WAS UNABLE TO CONTACT THE AUTHORITYS BECAUSE OF AN OUTSTANDING CHILD SUPPORT WARRANT (BEING HONEST).
THEREFORE THE MORAL OF THE STORY IS:
FAMILY MEMBER WENT HERE FOR A CAR WASH & DETAIL. UNFORTUNATELY, THEY SUFFERED A HUGE THEFT AT THE HANDS OF AN EMPLOYEE. NOT JUST ANY EMPLOYEE BUT THE MANAGER HIMSELF!
NEVER WAIST YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE ! They don't allow you to rate them, and only post what they want you to see. I spent a good amount of money for the Mini Detail, and left with bird poop , bugs and spots all over my car. I had to follow the one worker that walked back over all around the car, and point out every spot remaining. Then, she tried to argue with me about the bugs being stuck on there. The owner finally walked over, but he too was useless ! He said he didn't want to rewash it, or give me my money back, because he didn't want to " mess with it " . REALLY ? ! GFY
I went today 7/11/2017 I got the delux package 29$ because I wanted my car clean. They did not get all the dirt off around the wheels still had bugs on the front and they never touched the back seat it still had trash in it. I know Danny he is a very hard working person needs better employees
We love the staff and owners of Tender Touch. They go out of their way to make sure the details are taken care of. I appreciate the way they in set I. The community and provide opportunities for employees and young people who want to work hard. Always a positive experience. Also love the new massage chair in the waiting area!
Always take our cars here. Love the customer service and how they take care of you. If I have an issue and I bring it to their attention, it's taken care of immediately. Always enjoy my clean car after they are done! Plus I can take my kids and they have fun watching the cars get washed through the big windows! A fun experience and momma gets to have someone else wash her windows! A+ from us!
