It was horrible customer service I was on a road trip from Spiro Oklahoma to Tulsa Oklahoma and I decided to get my son and I something to eat so I waited because they were cooking a fresh pepperoni pizza and I just wanted a slice for me and a slice for my son I asked them if that was a pizza for somebody specifically or if that was going to go into the grab-and-go that they have for pizzas they said it was going to go into the Grab & Go so I waited for the pepperoni pizza to come out and then the lady comes up and is like I will buy a whole pepperoni pizza well I assumed that they would make another pepperoni pizza because they already told me that they were going to give me two slices of that pepperoni pizza they ended up just boxing up that pizza after I was already promised two of those slices for me and my son and giving it to her so then they told me it would only be 8 minutes for another pepperoni pizza to cook I ended up waiting there for 25 minutes trying to get two slices of pizza I even asked if they can just throw pepperoni on two team slices of their cheese pizza and they refuse to do so. So now I'm dealing with an angry two year old who is hungry and cranky after being stuck in a car and then they tell me I need to take my son outside because he is disrupting their other customers which they did not have any of and the only reason I am there waiting is because they sold the pizza I was going to get two slices of so I take my son outside I get two slices of the pizza and as I'm walking away they say I'm glad that guy is finally gone they are rude and disrespectful to me and my family I have been to many other Casey's in Oklahoma this one is the worst of them all I get excellent customer service at any other Casey's that I have gone to
Always friendly service
the store was clean, but the first thing I saw were solicitors. they pulled up to my car and tried to sell perfume when I said I wasn't interested they went inside and hit up the customers. finally they talked to the staff and instead of telling them "no solicitors", they let them sell their merchandise. I would avoid this story at all costs.....not worth the trouble. next time I'll go to QT and save the headaches.
