No one knew who was supposed to be in drive through or at the front desk. I wouldn't say they are horrible, just very unorganized.
This is the worst Braums in Oklahoma. I have stopped here numerous times and they are always understaffed. The wait is ridiculous. I was here last Friday and finally walked out after standing at the counter for almost 10 min without even being acknowledged. I love Braums but I won't visit this location again.
Worst Braum's I've been to. Very few people there at around 10am. Nobody was greeting customers and they acted like it was a burden to serve. The 'manager' was literally walking behind the counter every few minutes saying "GOSH" or "GEEZ" and wringing her head like the world was falling apart. Our food was horrible...sausage was literally leaking something on the biscuits. English muffins were 'uncooked' and doughy, and the order was wrong. We had trouble getting help to correct because people were at the counter complaining, one getting a refund, and as we left the manager was in the parking lot apologizing to a customer. Oddly, that same manager was NOT addressing the issues or customers inside the restaurant. I used my phone to send a complaint while there and got no response. Won't be back to Braum's in Muskogee for sure. Glad we didn't get sick.
This has been my favorite ice cream joint since I was a child. Always very nice here
The soda machines were out of syrup and the ketchup dispensers where out of ketchup.
Every time we come to Muskogee we stop here for lunch or dinner. They are always take our order promptly, never had a mistake with the order, and always friendly.
This store is definetly lacking leadership.
They gave us our food and forgot our shakes. When I asked about our shakes, one lady started it and then walked away and left it on the machine and forgot about it. I asked another lady she finished the one shake and I had to ask her about the second one.
They took a burger from another gentleman that was not given bacon, they took the burger and slapped some bacon on the same half eaten burger where the food was prepped. I don't believe that is standard protocol.
Slow for as many people as they had working. Stood in line over five minutes waiting for someone to take my order and we were the only ones in line.
