Don't buy anything from them and expect it to be delivered when the say or expect it to show up in one piece..... Always open it up before the driver leaves or you will be stuck bringing it back... If they have to order it keep calling them or they will forget to place the order even if you have already paid for the product....their worse than HD when it comes to service on the phone. I would have rated them 0 stars but the review wouldn't let me post.... Don't expect any compensation for their screw up........ The only thing you can count on is them telling you the words I don't know......
I will say that dad is 93 now and being forced to enter one door and exit another is a bit aggravating. He has to walk a little further and coming out a different door can be disorienting.
Don't count on getting any help.

Went to return a chainsaw I had bought with the 1 year warranty. The chain tension screw broke and I ask for a refund to buy a new one after a very long wait to find my warranty and being ask several time if I was sure I bought 1 the return was done and a went to get a new on as I walk to get it the 2 employees that did the refund were talking about how it must be nice to get a saw for a 20 buck warranty ever time you break 1 or it didn't run right. I don't believe that is right to run your mouth for a customer using a warranty that they bought
