Just because you hate your job does not mean you take it out on patients with horrible attitudes. Registration and dental reception both are combative and act like you being there is an inconvenience.
THE WOMAN WHO WORKS FRONT DESK AT THE WIC OFFICE HAS THE MOST SNOTTY ATTITUDE. SHE HAS BEEN RUDE TO ME MORE THEN ONE TIME IN THE PAST TWO YEARS IVE BEEN GOING THERE. MY FRIENDS WHO GO THERE AGREE SHE IS RUDE!
Unless you're older they treat you awful. They won't get you a primary dr and want you to sit up there and wait all day to hope for someone to cancel. Don't waste your time. Just go to Hastings instead.
