Don't take your ring here to be cleaned. Terrible. Literally looked like she put it in water and just dried it off. My ring doesn't look any better. I'm supposed to bring it up there every six months to be cleaned. Definitely won't be back to Muskogee. Ashley Lane is the name of the lady that "cleaned" it.
Customer Service here is excellent. I am from out of town and needed a band put on my watch and links added the Store Manager Jessica took care of it immediately with the greatest care and professionalism. I was very impressed and will travel back here for any further business I need in jewelry. Thank you Jessica for showing what customer service should be like in every store!!!!!
