First off, they refuse to give you a receipt when dropping off clothes, BIG RED FLAG! They destroyed my shirts by getting grease on them, couldn't fix it, then told me there was nothing he could do about it. Refused to make it right, then took an attitude with me as I was attempting to resolve the issue. Real low life, & dresses like a Yankee metro!
I should have trusted the reviews. This has got to be the worst excuse for a business I have ever seen. Not only are their prices outrageous, their staff is inept and rude. And when your clothes are ruined from their cleaning process they don't care and won't take responsibility. I spend almost $350 a month having my shirts and pants cleaned so I will find someone else to do it. I promise Archers will not get one more red penny from me.
