I love this place. Staff are usually friendly. Food is cheap and tasty. As other reviewers have mentioned, drive thru can be slow. But we usually eat inside. So not usually a problem for us.
Next time I'll go elsewhere. Tacos look pitiful and 1 broke no sooner I opened it. Should have gone to Little Ceasars at least my $5 Would have gone to something descent. Didn't do a military discount either unless you consider not putting much in tacos as one. Only reason for a star is the lady at the window. Rest of it sucked. At least the burrito was half right, but the food didn't taste so great. Nope, I will not be back. Makes one in OKC I don't go to look good.
The day shift is excellent gets everything in an acceptable timely manner.
Sometimes I don't get exactly what I ask for, but Mindy is the best manager(I'm pretty sure she's manager) and the food is always delish. Cheesy gordita crunch forever
The drive thru line is absolutely the slowest drive thru I've ever been through. We have been to this location a hand full of times in the past few months and each time it takes approximately 30mins to get through the line. Yes, the staff is friendly but that doesn't make it worth the wait, especially if you're in a hurry, it's called fast food for a reason. If the wait is going to be up to 30mins they need a different layout for the drive thru because once you're in, you're stuck- that's super inconvenient, some of us would opt out of waiting that long.

Night shift not so much if you dont go before 10 pm you will be sitting and waiting for your food for almost an hour cause all the bacone kids come in and order all at once but they dont have the staff to handle it so it gets really backed up. That and half the staff is horsing around while the place is a mess.
