Would not rate if I could. Brought kids to the movie got them all kids snack combo. One tripped on stairs and dropped theirs. Innocent mistake. Went back to concession to ask for a refill and was told sorry no refill .. for $5.75 I think they could refill a hand full of popcorn and a Itty bitty drink. NO wonder ppl go to tulsa. Never will we be back. .
Only giving this place the 1 star because it the lowest available. Admission for 2 adults and 2 kids, 2 large drinks, 1 large popcorn and 2 kiddie combos $72. Never again. Ill just keep goin to McAlester for about half the price.
We enjoy coming over from Tahlequah to Arrowhead B&B. The theaters always clean and the seats are always comfortable. We had some problems with the glaring lights on the screen. During the previews it was difficult to see coming attractions. I think management should be sensitive to people with diminished eyesight that has problems seeing the screen under glaring lights. If the house lights need to be on that's understandable but the lights tilted to the screen could be could be lowered and it would make a great deal of difference. Thank you for your consideration.
Has gone downhill since day it opened. Staff is nice but theatre is run down. No handicap exit after mall closes and there are scary, intimidating thugs at exit who offer sex or ask for the time. If you say you don't know me time they'll tell you to look at your cell phone. We were regular customers but no more.
Hallways were dirty. Trash cans were overflowing with trash. Men's bathroom smelt like urine. Didn't even have enough space to walk through the enterance without bumping into another customer. Screen was dirty with old spills on the screen that altered the the color of the screen. Asked for a receipt when purchased with a credit card at the concession stand, that took another 2 minutes for the employee to figure out. Not impressed.
