i would recommend this apartment complex for younger people or older people without children. isn't very family friendly.
i lived at these apartments. there is washer and dryer availability. the maintenance isn't bad. was there in the same day i called usually. kind o run down, but the neighborhood isn't bad. great for walking with all of the residential side streets around it. usually quiet, neighbors didn't cause a lot of trouble. only had the cops out there once for a disturbance, but it was mild.
