This idiot law enforcement illegally took $53,000 from a Christian band, with no charges, so they could keep the money they stole from this man. If I ever meet any of them, I will stop them, and search them, and if any dollar bills have a drug residue, I will seize their vehicle and put them under citizens arrest. They have no conscience, only greed. Their type has no place in our world, and they will reap what they sow. Shame on these dumb asses for stealing this church money and hiding behind an obscure law. The feds will catch up to them, just like in Tenaha, Texas, and I hope to get the addresses and phone numbers of the guilty to share and display for America to know what they have been doing. After all, that is legal.
A quick google search should have resolved the issue with the recent theft from orphanage. The true nature of the seizure is realized when they kept the cash and left his check they could not cash. I suggest training for the officers on how to tell the difference between drug dealers and orphanage supporters. The DA should have quickly resolved the issue the next morning instead of letting the issue sit for so long. An apology would be great.

I will not be driving anywhere near Muskogee, Oklahoma anytime soon. Thank God for the people that told this story. We have a huge problem in the US with illegal seizure. Sheriff Charles Pearson cannot really believe he was protecting the people of Muskogee can he? He was funding the Police Department Christmas party by stealing from some of the poorest people on Earth. Incredible.
