In this case, I'm kind of speechless. I've never once had a meal at Cowboy's that I thought was great. I always get the feeling they're riding on the coattails of the people who have dined their, and their own reputation.
Food was good. Staff friendly. They came around several times to check on us. We'll be back!
I went here based on the recommendation of a local, and I am really glad I went! I ordered the brisket sandwich with fries. Most good brisket you talk about the brisket... this was good brisket, but I was more impressed that they served it on a perfectly buttered and toasted bun. I actually ended up eating the bun separately, I liked it so much. I think good brisket deserves respect and should be served on an equally delicious bun, and this is the first place I have seen actually pull off the full package. I would definitely come here again.
Great bbq although perhaps not the best value for the money. Mexican night is surprisingly good considering it's a bbq joint. Overall great ambience, good taste. Strongly recommend
