My nephew took several of us out for a trip for my great nephews (his son) ball team fundraiser! It was very pleasant and the food was amazing! Thanks
Awesome food and margaritas. Waitress was very nice checked on us often to see if we needed anything. She and my husband got to talking about the military (he had his Navy cap on) and before we left, the manager came out and talked with us about the Navy. Both were very nice. My husband wants to go back to El Chico's again.
They got rid of the Queso Flamiado, it WAS the only unique item to the restaurant. This trip I couldn't get any so this is my last trip to this restaurant. The cheese is rather bland with a taste like the powdered Mac & Cheese. Which is ONLY good on Mac and Cheese. I paid $41.41 for food I couldn't eat & that my daughter threw up on the drive home. So if you like food that taste good look elsewhere. If you want to chance it then apologize to your stomach beforehand & make sure your toilets clean. Diner Beware !!!!!!!!
The wait time was not bad for a Sunday. The food was delicious. The white sauce is awesome. Our server, William, was excellent. He was very attentive to our needs despite the fact that he was taking care of several tables. Looking forward to our next trip there.
Limited gluten free options, but worth it for comfort foods. They are very nice and accommodating. Ask for the manager. He will bring out the allergy binder and thoroughly go through everything that can be modified. I was very grateful for the assistance.
