Food is great! I have always loved Long John Silvers. The staff are very kind and they treat you like family.
WARNING!!!!!! My worst place ever I ate at. It sucks so so much. Me and my husband and my son went here for the very first time while passing through muskogee and it was the most horrible experience and according to my husband he's been here lots of times hoping it would change and it never does. I seriously didn't even wanna put a star down seeing that this place didn't deserve it at all which is very sad to me because long john silvers has ALWAYS been my childhood favorite place in the world to eat. First of all, the food was very greasy now my stomach hurts and I have this horrible after taste in my mouth, the pop machine was nothing but watered down in all flavors some just water, secondly,flys kept sworming around us I think we were more busy swatting at flys than eating, drove me insane, then getting our drinks the pushers kept getting stuck so when my son got enough soda in his cup it wouldn't stop running. When I read the other reviews I thought ok some just had bad experiences maybe it will be different for us. WRONG...they are all true. This place was a mistake to eat at. We will not EVER return to this place again. Forewarning now.
Employees were nice and knowledgeable. Service was prompt and the food was good. Place could use an update, otherwise very happy with this visit.
was so disappointed! Used to be a very good place to eat-- not now!Service was very slow and food was pitiful-- fish was soggy not crispy and they changed their fries-- if I had wanted McDonald's I would have went there! won't waste my time or money there again.
The food is good the restaurant however could use soome updating. Great customer service or at least every time I've been it's been great.
