Starting as a car-hop, but slowly working my way through headset, fountain, Drive-Thru, & finally ice-cream, I learned what was meant, when they say "This Is How You Sonic". Next time you stop in for a meal at our locations Sonic, listen for "Hello, Welcome To Sonic, My Name is Michael..." so you can say hello, & tell me what your thoughts.
Ordered a carhop classic combo here and it took them 35 minutes for them to get it out to my car, by the time they did bring it to me it was ice cold they ended up remaking my food, but I had to wait another 10 mins to get that, they weren't even busy at all, the owners need to fire these lazy workers and hire new management... One star for bad service
This Sonic is usually the quickest 1 in town, except for the graveyard shift. Same goes as far as getting my order correct. Dayshift is quick and accurate whereas graveyard gets my order wrong 9 times out of 10. Friendliness isn't something you find at this Sonic any time of day.
Even before I began employment at this particular 'Sonic Drive-In', I always had a solid experience here, consistently having been fast & accurate orders/service. Very reliable service & at a speed & grace that area locals have come to appreciate.
I have waited 25 minutes in line...2 people in front of me and no one has gotten anything...i haven't even gotten to pay yet. Ugh. The service is terrible as usually. Too bad McDonald's was only accepting cash...
After starting my employment at this location, I got the opportunity to help contribute to this locations great reputation, as well as it's partial success.
Got the Ultimate meat and cheese burrito and it was horrible, needs shredded cheese instead of the salty nacho cheese or whatever salty cheese is used. Both the burrito and my side of tots were drenched in grease and my drink (Frozen limade with flavoring) barely had any extra flavor if any. Minor adjustments would save this business:).
