*PLEASE BEWARE* This place is a horrible place to live. Id advise anyone that is looking to rent steer clear of Riverside mobile home park. They are shady people I currently live here and at the moment looking for a new place to live after paying my rent here for a year they raise it with no warning I had to fight just to get someone over to my place to look at my heater last week and it just got done today and I have a child and it's freaking cold outside. Drugs here are bad I've went outside myself and picked up a couple of used needles myself around the park if you are looking for a cheap place to get into starting out then RIVERSIDE MOBILE HOME PARK is the place for you. And if you stay be prepared to deal with nothing but headache
It is corporate owned by a company out of Colorado.
Riverside Mobile Homes is a good place to rent a home. The owner and manager are really nice , friendly, and very helpful in making you feel welcome...
