I had a friend buy my daughter some clothes from Penny's in another town they didn't fit of course so I just went to exchange them at the store in Muskogee they were very nice and put the money on a gift card for me instead of me having to try to compare prices thank you JCPenney of Muskogee ,ok
Well, lesson learned, don't make special appointments here for weddings etc, that is unless you want to wait 30 minutes past the time and your stylist doesn't even bother to show up to work! Lucky there are other hair salons!
