The chick on the self checkout area watched me like a hawk and everyone else as well like we were all thiefs. Kinda kisses me off
At Walmart in Muskogee, OK if I could give a 0 star I would!! there are only 3 lines open and are all spilling out into the aisles. There were employees walking around. I asked one of the cashiers to call for a manager and it took the manager 20 minutes to get to the front when I told him of the lack of lanes open. He rudely asked what he want him to do. I ask him to open another lane. He continue to speak rudely and basically said he wasn’t opening another lane and that I could get in line. I’ve been asked if he was able to ring us out. He stated he couldn’t use the registers. This did not make sense to me as him being the assistant manager and obviously the night manager how he was not able to use a register. At this time with his demeanor and lack of problem-solving skills made me conclude that he was not going to be able to help the customers. I asked him for his name he stated he didn’t have to give it to me though I could read Russell on his name tag he would not give me his last name he stated he did not have to. I asked him for the corporate phone number I also asked him for the district phone number he said that he did not have that. I told him I would wait and he can go on the back to go get it he said it’s not posted for them he doesn’t have it. I will add the other customers in the lines we’re not pushy were not rude even the people at the registers were trying to be more helpful than this manager.my family and I left and we went to a different store!
Very busy at this time of the day . In electronics the employee was very helpful and I got what I needed
No complaints with my overall shopping however it should be noted that the cake and which we (my sons mother & I) had purchased at Walmart, for our son's birthday was sorta "at least within the same design/theme, as the originally requested original order.... BUT, aside from sharing this similarity.... completely & utterly.... something different than what was requested, upon our initial expectations. His monster cake was "themed" within the same aspects, as our reviewed cake was also a monster as well, but the requested colors, style & template, originally selected by us, were not even remotely similar. Over all this wasn't terribly displeasing to our overall experience so I'm not receiving any stars for their seemingly failure to read our detailed requested requirements... but to any would be pickier customers in the future... may not be nearly as understandable in this sort of scenerio.
Alas we all still very much enjoyed the entire different monster cake, as he may not of been at all what we had expected (especially in looks),but he was every bit as delicious, and then some, as far as how he tasted
