Friendly staff, if you are in a hurry go when they don't have many customers. They are not slow but make sure they have completely taken care of the person in front of them before moving on to the next. No one is rushed out of the store.
When I walk in, I ask for a specific person and he dose exactly as I ask him to do and doesn't try to talk me into adding things to make my bill larger. I wish everyone was like that.
No one said a word when I entered so I'm standing around wondering what to do. Apparently the greeter was on lunch and no one was covering this position. Although I was informed by the sales associate who finally helped me that there were six sales associates and four managers on duty at the time. Any greeting would have been nice, maybe..."Hello! Someone will be with you in a moment" is totally appropriate. Also, the greeter (after she came back from lunch) just passed me off in the middle of me telling her what I was doing there saying "She'll help you" and waving her hand like she's blowing me off. I love AT&T typically. Unfortunately, this store is sub-par.
They supposedly had the phone in stock that we needed according to another AT&T store ,we were sent there an hour away, but when we arrived there, they said they didn't have it, and that it wasn't on their inventory. However when I looked it up online myself, it showed they had 2 in stock
