Horrible customer service, when i switched over from US Cellular. They never processed my paper work correctly, which in turned made me have to pay off my early termination fees, which sprint was to cover. I finally got it resolved after calling the head corprate. But I would seriously recommend not using this store. If possible go to another store. Seriously issues with management and district management.
Poor Equitment. Can't service all phones worker Are ok.

The gentleman that help me was extremely professional. He took care of my problem with him and half an hour and I had been working on it for 3 days. I can't thank him enough.
