We have bought a King Size mattress in nov, 2013. Soon after about 18 month it started to sag. In March of this year I call Sealy to complain and they referred me to the local store here in Grove. After lots of complaining finally a rep from Sealy came out to tell us that it was it was not sagging enough or we should pay and additional $200.00 to have it corrected at the factory... No one seems to want to handle this problem . Perhaps, you, at the Main location can give us advise?????
