(And yes, my husband's paralyzation was the result of a hospital negilgence and insurance bad faith. Yes we know insurance may be covered under the Arista Law. But the hospital is more than liable. But, we will take our bancruptsy and potential lawsuit elsewhere.)
Honestly, I was so dumbfounded by the behavior and severe lack of customer service skills of this kid answering the phone that I hesitate even bothering to give any of them a try. So I just hung up. I worked customer service for 25 years and it does not exist there.
High Conflict Modification: The number one thing that I was looking for in an attorney was someone that would have the best interest of my children at heart, someone to protect my children from wrong doing, and someone to stand up for me when I couldn't. Justin has been absolutely amazing to me and my children and I can't thank him and his assistant enough for everything they are doing and have done with my case.
Wow. Tried to make an appt with the bankruptsy lawyer. Secretary had zero customer service skills. She asked 3 questions and said we did not qualify, stated I could not file on something I have researched and know I can, and said we made more than 50k and did not qualify for chpt 7. That is fine. But I asked if we could at least come in and talk to that attorney, making sure she knew we wanted a paid appointment.
Nice people and professional
She literally said "He does not "want" to talk to you." and "He is so busy with criminal cases he can't find time to see you." She never actually asked. Just kept saying he did not want to talk to us. Yet had no idea who we were, never asked mt name or anything.
Great people! Marsha and Ron are the best!
The team at Wright, Stout & Wilburn handle my probate needs professionally and easily. They're a pleasure to work with.
But that is beside the point. The point is this secretary has zero customer skills, turned away clients that actually DO qualify for chapter 7 based on a number of things, (yes, we did our homework with an attorney who is up to date with it all but cannot work at the moment) and cost the attorney a possible case. And we actually paid all our bills until we hit a huge rough patch that involved my husband becoming paralyzed and my son becoming severely autistic.
(Nevermind my husband is disabled, a disabled vet at that, and my son is disabled with no assistance, and I am disabled and cannot work, don't get SSI or anything either, can barely walk or use fine motor skills anymore.) So, regardless what we make, every bit goes to the thousand therapy and dr appointments we have every year. We wanted an actual chance to ask an actual lawyer if there was any way around all this, not just an uneducated secretary who even said she did not know.
