I called on 5/18/17 @345pm and asked to speak to the asst. DA in charge of child support. I was told his name is Ryan and I asked to speak to him. I told the woman answering the phone what I wanted to speak to him about. He refused to get on the phone w/me and I was told by the woman answering the phone that Ryan said "You need to file a police report and when the investigation is done and we get the report from them and he will look it over". I didnt have to do that last time since it is a felony offense and charges have been filed through the DA's office last time. The previous DA, Larry Moore persued felony charges, Ommitting to Provide for a Minor Child against my daughters father since he was $5000 plus some behind on his child support. He was convicted in 2012 and was sent to prison for 2 years with 2 years parole upon release. When his parole was up in April 2016 his child support became a hit and a miss. He is now $5000 plus behind again from where he was after he was released from Prison. I called and spoke to a Muskogee county deputy and he said in 19 years he has never taken a report for this. It seems to me that Ryan at the DA's office doesn't want to do his job and pull the existing file and refile these Felony charges against the NCP!! If you see this Ryan you can call me at 918-313-7673 so WE CAN TALK ABOUT THIS!! If you don't want to call me then I guess I will be camping out at the DA's office until you decide to do your job!!
