They are literally the worst. You get over charged and they will cut your water off if you are don't pay the day before your due date.
I apparently had a water leak & didnt know until I received my bill of $285.36 for one month I asked why I wasn't notified or why the water wasn't shut off the supervisor got an attitude & proceeded to say her workman hung a card on my door notifying me.. Had i been notified the leak would have gotten fixed along time ago .. My next month bill is $235 & there's nothing she can do about it.. Needless to say she gotten sour & hung up the phone in my face very rude very unprofessional.. I wish I would had gone in person , maybe not☺
The workers are rude as hell and don't help much on the phone. They suck
Both my mother and I have experienced this same issue where we are getting charged for two trash receptacles instead of the one we have. The trash cans are numbered and I would assume that they would keep track of which address has which number(s). And, even though its their mess-up, they will only repay you for 6 months of overages, nothing more. The staff has always been friendly and helpful but the business practices as a whole need work.
