Smelled musty, staff were pleasant, bathroom uncleaned, water in the shower along with pubic hair. Room felt damp, gave us another room and still smelled musty, breakfast was cold. Never again will I stay at this comfort inn.
When I needed fresh towels, your housekeeping girls were so sweet and were very helpful. This hotel doesn't have all the bells and whistles of other places but, it was a good stay and we enjoyed our time there.
This is actually a really nice hotel. It has clean rooms and a very nice lobby. The assistant manager is very kind and hard worker. The lady at the continental breakfast is very sweet and attentive. The location and parking is great. Felt like the rooms are very large and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. My only complaint is that, for the 3 days I was there. The maids never came in to change out the soaps, make the bed....well housekeeping in general. I had trash that needed to be changed but was never done. I wasn't in the room during the day so they can't say its cause I was in the room they couldn't clean. I guess they don't do housekeeping here. Did that too my parents that were across the hall too. Watch out for that while staying at this hotel
Nice hotel. Our first room had a very strong baby powder smell. The front desk switched us but the second room shower didn't have cold water. Didn't discover that until morning. Wasn't happy. However, the bed was amazingly comfortable. Will stay here again but I'll check the water first.
I was pleased with the room #103 that was provided to us. We had a shower and the hotel provided safety rails and a bench for our use. That helps if you struggle with balance. I also have body aches and pains and the bed was super comfortable so, we got 2 nights of great sleep.
My husband and I had some business to take care of in Muscogee. Jennifer was the woman who took our reservation and when we checked in, she was very helpful and I really liked her welcoming personality. Another person, who worked the night shift was Laura. She also was very easy to speak to and very kind.
my favorite place to stay when i am in muskogee. the rooms are really nice. it is quiet and had free breakfast and an exercise room. there is also an outside pool. it is a very affordable price. The staff is outstanding.
