This is a GORGEOUS park! Filled with a waterfall, a butterfly house, sculptures and plant gardens, water features, ducks and more. I was there on a quiet weekday and enjoyed myself immensely! A group of young teens in the butterfly house socializing while I was there and witnessed a small butterfly land on one of the kids upper lip. They were all excited and taking pics with their phone. The themed gardens were a treat as well, I really enjoyed the Emerald Castle.
Muskogee has one of the most beautiful parks in Oklahoma, if not the best. Honor Heights is large, landscaped beautifully with gorgeous mature trees. The park is nestled on the side of a large hill. The city does many events here and during the holiday season is transformed into the garden of lights. I was born here, and this is truly a gem to be proud of!
Awesome year round! The butterfly exhibit is cool. During the winter you go see the lights, during the spring you go see the Azalea festival, and during the summer we have our company picnic there. All around awesome park!
An EXCELLENT Christmas light display! I started coming here when I was a kid, now I'm bringing my own kids and it's even better now. Thank you, Honor Heights Park!
It is so beautiful all year but At Christmas it is a magical site to behold! Thousands of lights decorate the trees and they dance in time with music!
