The manager at muskogee,ok shoe dept. was extremely rude.. I will never go back to that store. If I could rate a negative I would.
Never had a problem love the store
Asked if bathroom was available and very rude bleach blonde never even turned from what she was doing and rudely advised "We don't allow customers to use our restroom! "
My family and I walked to the door and was told that it was time to close.... it wasn't even 8 pm yet! We planned on buying a good pair of shoes for each member of our family! Not including us there were at least 3 other people that were wanting to go in! If they were spending as much as we planned, that's a good 400 500 dollars they lost out on! Will not be getting any of our business again!
I told that I would purchase my merchandise elsewhere and she replied it was "fine with me". Rude rude rude employee and a B- - - h to top it off! This person doesn't need to engage in daily face to face contact with customers because she just lost the company close yo $160 in sales.
