Amazing!!! The products they sell are fantastic and for the price you just cant beat it. I did have a very one off situation that they handled with ease. The communication from there staff is what I would expect of a huge company with an entire customer service department. They are a smaller company which is such a pleasure to deal with. THANK YOU for all your help and my kids love the pocket bike and the go-kart.
They were alwesome and helped us get one of the last blue ones they had available for our boys for Christmas would highly recommend them and their products! Our kids love it!

Excellent company good product. My sons truck came with a broken piece on the front they sent me a new one no problems. The only thing that I could improve on his truck was he likes to hook stuff to it so I added a conduit strap to back for a hitch. He terrorizes this thing and it keeps going
This is a nice looking ride! It went together easy. I purchased this ride from Big Toys Green Country because they offer service after the sale. You can't get that just anywhere these days. I can't wait to see my little buddy get this for Christmas. My unit was missing screws for the RC steering gear box. The fix is not too involved. I attached the gear box to the body with 2 screws from the bottom. A couple of self tapping screws and everything was right and tight. I added a few additional zip-ties to keep wires out of harms way and I mounted the antenna wire in a straw hot glued along the body under the hood to keep it extended for maximum range. Can't say enough about how good the RC radio functions and how good the FM radio sounds with great volume. I noticed room for an additional battery under the hood! That would be a great option to offer for longer run times and extended use of the radio and lights. I hope they offer this option in the future, but I will add one myself along with a float charger to avoid damaging the batteries and keep this rig ready for my little buddy. I love the clean slate of the rig, but wish there were optional graphics available to make it complete. Can't wait for Christmas day. I'll update my feedback after the holidays.
