Has tons of options but not enough diversity in those options. Overall a great place for general items but if you need specialized items hit up the internet.
I waited another 5 minutes and went to the register. I told the cashier I was waiting on help with fish and she turned to the first person and asked her to help me with fish. Yay.
The staff here are difficult and many employees standing around while customers are lined past check out counter. Disappointing.
Helped me find what I was looking for. A woman actually had a vet license was very helpful.
I'm a big fan of Petco in general. This store is above-average in cleanliness. The employees are polite, enthusiastic and helpful. If you need pet supplies go to Petco, they have most anything you need. And your pets are always welcome in the store.
Poor service. I asked who appeared to be the manager for help with fish and she said she'd send someone over. 10 minutes passed and I figured she forgot as she was now helping other customers. So I asked again. She said the person who would be helping me was busy.
